Develop your game at our Football Academy Masterclass held at Reaseheath College. This specialist football development day is designed for players who want to improve their technical ability, game understanding and overall performance. Sessions will focus on individual ball mastery, position-specific coaching, decision-making, attacking and defending principles, and small-sided game scenarios. Players will experience a professional academy-style environment delivered by experienced coaches. Please use Entrance 2, signposted for Reaseheath Zoo, and park in the Zoo Car Park. Make your way to the main Sports Hall reception, where a member of the NAR team will meet you.
Drop-Off and Collection
Drop-off: 9:00 am
Collection: 4:00 pm
Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes before the session.
A parent or guardian must sign the player in on arrival.
You will be asked to confirm who will collect your child.
Any change to collection arrangements must be given directly to a member of staff. Players will only be released to the agreed parent, guardian or authorised adult.
What to Bring
Please send your child with:
Comfortable football or sports clothing
Shin pads
Indoor trainers
Astro boots or moulded trainers
No metal studs
A packed lunch
Snacks for the day
A refillable water bottle and sufficient drinks
A waterproof jacket
A cap and sun cream in warm weather
Any required medication, including inhalers or EpiPens
A water fountain is available for refills. The footwear, lunch, drinks and equipment requirements are consistent with the existing parent information.
Playing Surface and Footwear
The day may include both indoor and outdoor activity.
Players must bring:
Clean indoor trainers for the Sports Hall
Astro boots or suitable trainers for outdoor surfaces
Metal-studded boots are not permitted.
Medical and Additional Needs
Please ensure all medical conditions, allergies, additional needs and emergency contact details are accurate on your ClassForKids account before the session.
Medication must:
Be clearly labelled with the player’s name
Be handed to staff at sign-in
Include clear instructions for use
Please contact the NAR team before the session if your child requires specific support.
Clothing and Weather
Players should arrive ready to take part in a full day of football activity.
The session may continue outdoors in light rain, so players should bring suitable layers and waterproof clothing. In warm weather, sun cream should be applied before arrival and sent with the player for reapplication.
Personal Belongings
Please avoid bringing valuables or unnecessary electronic devices.
All clothing, footwear, bottles and bags should be clearly labelled. NAR Sports cannot accept responsibility for personal belongings brought to the venue.
Behaviour and Safety
All players are expected to:
Follow instructions from coaching staff
Respect teammates, opponents, staff and venue facilities
Wear shin pads during football activities
Use equipment safely
Demonstrate appropriate behaviour throughout the day
Parents may be contacted if a player’s behaviour creates a safety concern or significantly disrupts the session.
